Partially or totally unemployed through no fault of yours or have your hours of work significantly reduced Have been working in a covered employment You must be available for full-time work You must be able to perform full-time work You must actively look for full-time work Eligibility:
1- You must have the minimum wages required in at least one quarter and $1.00 of wages in another quarter to be monetarily eligible 2- An individual is not eligible to receive benefits unless the individual has wages in at least two quarters of that individual's base period Who can apply: Out of work and part time workers How long can you claim benefits: Up to 26 weeks Weekly benefit amount: $67-$356 (reference: http://hr.cch.com/news/payroll/030909a.asp) Dependency Benefit: $25 per dependent child up to the maximum of 4 dependents. Total dependency benefits should not exceed 50% of individuals weekly benefit amount. Only one parent is entitled to claim the benefit for each dependent
