Requirements:
You must be unemployed or partially employed and earning less than your weekly benefit amount.
You must register for work at your local Business and Career Solutions Center.
You must make a weekly claim for benefits through the “Easy Call” system or online at www.LAWORKS.net
You must be able to work, willing to work and actively seek work.

Eligibility:
1-You have been paid wages for covered employment during the base period of your claim equal to at least $1,200 and at least one and one-half times your high quarter wages.
 
Who can apply:  Out of work and part time workers

How long can you claim benefits: 15-26 weeks

Weekly benefit amount:  $10-$258

Determined by: Average of the total base period wages
